MEETING #2

Finally, it’s meeting day!  Cheryl has been driving me 😜.... it’s meeting day.  Just wanna say,,,,, almost 3 months is too long between meetings.

We were greeted at the door be Felipe the butler, carrying a tray of champagnes.

Then we were greeted by Cheryl who makes sure everyone gets “laid”

Her decorations were awesome, both inside and outside and Felipe was an excellent bartender and Cheryl kept the food coming.  Everything was excellent.

We had a lot of discussions and have almost all our port excursions decided.  It was a lot of information and when we were finished we watched the video of the 2009 Cruise of the old Cheers group!  Helps to get people more excited!  After that Cheryl and Steve had a photo booth area set up so we could take some pictures.

Update on the Countdown

Decided to resurrect the blog!

Watched the Reflection sail out tonight...April 13 we will be on it.

We had our first meeting at the March’s on Nov. 02

Antigua - All Inclusive Resort for the day!

In Antigua we took a pre-arranged trip to the Grand Pineappple All-Inclusive resort. The guys wanted to make sure we got our $$'s worth.

1st stop was this place called Devil's Bridge. If you jump in here you are not coming back up alive. Very pretty but very rocky with strong waves.

Right after we arrived the activities director wanted us to take part in a balloon tossing game with our spouse's. We had to stand across from one another but then we had to keep taking steps away. In the end if was down to 2 couples... me and Kevin and some young couple from the bronks of NY. Kevin had to throw with his back to me.. he throws it straight up in the air.
Needless to say I didn't catch it but the other couple didn't either. It fell by my feet so I kicked it in the water..... and when she went after it... I accidently pushed her. Now they all think I'm a bully!!!

It was a nice beach and they were nice enough to give us a large trat so only one person had to go to the bar to get a couple for each one.

It was a good day and we made it back to the ship on time. Only mishap was I left my ID and $$ on the bus. Kevin had to run around and find someone who knew the phone # for our bus driver and ask him to come back. He found it and brought it back.
